Oscar Yuen, known by others as Mr/Ms. Yuen, is a chinese-burmese Hongkongese American (first gen immigrant) who resides in Navel Grye, Western United States.
Oscar was raised by his biological parents, both in his birth country Hong Kong and in the U.S. Oscar lived with them until age 17-18 years old when they both passed away in a car accident. Oscar soon married Joseph Cal and had a biological child, Zachary, with him. Oscar and Jo however are no longer together and Oscar shares custody with Joseph on Zach.
Oscar for a majority of his life lived/was known by the names "Lily/Lillie" or "Ms. Yuen/Mrs. Cal" until 2002 when he came to the increasing awareness of his growing gender dysphoria. He started gender affirming care relatively late and is not consistent with it medically.
On his best days...
Oscar is a hardworking, resilient man who does try his best with what he's given and tries to adapt to his cirumstances if possible. Tries to be patient and understanding to others especially young children and the elderly.
On his worst days...
Oscar can be desperate for approval, hopeless and aimless with his goals and what to do next. He also tends to be very crabby and short with people. He can also be quite compulsive and obsessive, becomes a massive cheapstake/stingy with items/money.
